Greater Spartanburg Ministries (GSM) is a faith-based organization that's dedicated to helping those in need in our local community. Through our Care Ministries and sharing the Word of God, we strive to meet the needs of those less fortunate.

• 4,689 families received food assistance.
(11,183 people)
• Over 242 families were assisted with clothing.
(approximately 391 people)
• Assisted 168 families and 452 individuals
with $30,296 in utilities
• Helped 50 children have a Merry Christmas.
• Assisted 84 families with furniture.
• 18¢ buys a pound of food through our partnership
with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
• “Feeding America” states that 1 in 6 Americans
struggle with hunger, over 17 million
Americans living in food insecure households.
We distributed approximately 211,000 lbs of food
to clients in 2023
• The value of our Outreach Services is $747,096
with total revenue at $302,032. Which means for
every dollar of revenue, we provide $2.47 of
Client Outreach Services.
• Our key Food Pantry partnerships include Duke Energy, KJ's Market, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, Target, Second Harvest Food Bank, Ingles, Publix, and Belue Farms Natural Market.
